Foods for this, foods for that, recipes for this, and powders for that...
And then… “But wait! I discovered another vegan guy who says…”
And so on and so on…
I get it and it sucks.
After all of this “research”, the hours and hours of effort, the gym sessions, kitchen mess-ups, dedication, and tenacity…
Not to mention the never-ending bloating and constant gas.
A single lb of muscle is nowhere to be found.
